Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH)
Founded as Yaba Technical Institute 1947 and renamed Yaba College of Technology 1963. Became an autonomous Federal Government owned institution with the promulgation of Yaba College of Technology Decree N° 23 of 1969. Presently the College is governed under the Federal Polytechnics Act [CAP, 139] of the Laws of the Federation 1990, and the Federal Polytechnics (Amendment) Decree 1993.
